Hi,

My Windows 7 system was working properly, and suddenly it raises some problems. When I have executed the repair feature of Windows 7 ultimate, it is finding the OS and also allowing installing the drivers. It tells all drivers placed in ‘C’ drive, but I don’t know where it is saved.

The repair program saying there are 293 MB sized drivers which is to be installed, but I cannot able to find it on ‘C’ drive or any other drive. I have spent a lot of time, but did not find anything. I am looking for help to locate the drivers. I don’t know which driver needed otherwise I can download it from the internet.

Please help me to get out of this problem. I will thankful for all help and support.

Dear,

I got your problem. Sorry to say that your hard drive just have crushed. You need to partition that drive again. This time, you need to partition the system from boot menu.

1. Insert a bootable windows seven drive.

2. Restart the computer.

3. While booting, press F8.

4. Continue the installation process.

5. Do not select repair or upgrade windows option.

6. Select custom for fresh copy.

7. When the selection of drive window is appeared, select advance option.

8. Partition the drive with your required spaces.

9. Format all drive.

10. Select local disk C: for windows installation.

11. Continue the installation process.

Thank you.
