Windows Server Installation was not successful

Today I purchased a DVD from one shop; then I tried to install this Window in my system but when I tried to install this DVD I received the below error. Can anyone tell me the reason why this error appears?

Is this error due to DVD problem or DVD drive problem or my system problem? All error detail is given below so that you can understand the original problem easily.

Don't worry the problem is not with your DVD that you have bought, as if it was the problem, the installation process wouldn't start from the beginning. The trusted solution that you can try, is to visit the URL provided by the error message. This is the System Update Readiness Tool for Windows PC.
