Windows Shows Error Code 0x80004005 On Boot

I have recently bought a laptop. When I try to start it, I get the error code 0x80004005. What might the reason for this error? How can I fix this error? Please help.

Windows Shows Error Code 0x80004005 On Boot

It seems that a software or file that needs the Windows Product Activation (WPA) module is not found on your computer. There is also a chance that this file has been damaged or corrupted. Never manually modify the WPA files.

1. Uninstall a third party program from your computer that is causing this error
2. Perform a complete Windows disk check.
3. Reactivate your copy of Windows with the CD key available on the Windows Box
