Hello experts,

Wireless connection of nova tablet problems. I got this nova tablet and got some internet connection issues in wireless, sometimes it cannot detect any WiFi hotspot and some other. How to fix the configuration for wireless connection in nova tablet?

I need your help. Thanks.

Hello Kristin,

That may be happening because you are at a place whereby the Wi-Fi signal is low, and therefore you will need to adjust positions and look for a place that has got a strong signal and see if you can be able to connect successfully. Also check if the Wi-Fi settings may be the problem.

Hello Kristin,

  It sounds like sometimes your wireless connection is working while sometimes it isn't. So, I am suggesting you some solutions here please check them. These will solve your problem.

1] Try resetting your Wi-Fi router there is reset button on your router.

2] Avoid other blocking devices which make Wi-Fi strength weak. Like household electronics, cordless phone, etc.
