Wireless connection problem with my laptop

Hi there,

I have a Laptop(Acer Aspire  R7-571) which turns off and comes back on  immediately I try to connect to the internet via my Galaxy S4 as the Modem,  I have checked the settings, reinstalled Windows 8,  but am still stuck with this problem, no error messages are being displayed, what could be the problem? How can I solve this one?

Wireless connection problem with my laptop

Update the Adapter Drivers, remember to enable roaming so the adapter looks for the best signal And disable the internal device if you connect an external instead
