Wireless network set up best practices

We have used 2 access points in the open space area of our office which is exactly 75M long and 25M wide.

Keep in notice that we have increased it into floors prepared through Formic (height raised floor to ceiling=8.3M) , and the offices are panel and divided using planks of fiber.

Will it be suitable to install 2 APs(Linksys) with a distance of 7M apart?

 

I want to have some credentials in designing, maintaining and installing wireless networks.

 

Could anybody please recommend me some course except for CWNA Series? 

 

I require setting up Hot Spot for 100 clients.

 

Can you please recommend me some durable but reasonably priced wireless device?
