My Belkin F5D7230-4 v6000 wireless modem disconnects every 4 hours. It has the latest firmware version(F5D7230-4_US_8.01.21), acquired from Belkin website. I have DHCP on and a "forever" lease time. Security is WPA/WPA2-Personal(PSK) with TKIP + AES encryption. Resetting it to factory defaults doesn't do a thing. I already called my ISP and confirmed that I have correct settings. Anybody knows what could be the problem?

Interruptions – This issue is a bit technical to discover and identify. You'll need to know the equipment, devices that near to the modem/router that might cause the interruptions. Keep them away from the networking device that you have and or move them little farther.

* Satellite Dish and even floor mats (carpet)
Time of usage – Some Internet service provider times out when a certain time and Internet usage in Giga Bytes are met. It limits Internet connection to a certain Bytes downloaded then it time outs. Call your ISP and check if this might be the issue. Upgrade your service plan if possible.
Modem-Router networking issue – It doesn't mean that their is something wrong with either equipment, but for some reasons, they can't talk/communicate. A sequenced power cycle is the trick, in this it'll refresh the connections and became in sync.
