Wondershare DVD Slideshow Builder gives Not enough space error

Hello,

I am facing this problem for a third time on a trial version of Wondershare DVD Slideshow Builder. I wish I could be fully aware of what is causing this issue before I purchase this software. An error message is displayed when I attempted to launch the software. I was able to launch the program successfully once prior to this error. But later I keep on getting this error consistently. Why does it raise an issue regarding the space on E drive when the software is installed on my C drive? I don’t understand this and I am a bit hesitant about buying this product. Please can you help me? Thanking you.

There isn’t enough space for running this program on E:.

More than 24MB free space is required. Please delete some

unnecessary files to free enough space.

Wondershare DVD Slideshow Builder gives Not enough space error

Hi Mariana,
The error can be resolved by following the steps as mentioned below:
1) Click 'Start', go to 'Settings', select 'Control Panel'
2) Open the Windows Control panel in the system
3) Click 'Add/Remove programs' option
4) Select the 'Wondershare DVD Slideshow' software in the system
5) Click 'Remove' and the software will be uninstall from the system
6) Download the DSB clean from the DSB official website
7) Run the software in the system and the reinstall the software
