Word Is Now In Another Language?

I am not sure what I changed but I am using Word in the MS Office Suite. I can no longer write or edit any documents because everything is in another language. Is there a setting I am over looking for languages? How can I put it back to English?

Word Is Now In Another Language?

Microsoft Office uses the default input language in the Windows operating system to determine the default language for Office programs. To change the default language in Office programs, you must change the default input language for the Windows operating system, and then change the default editing language for Office. 

For this (If you're using Windows 7)

 

Click 'Start' and go to 'Control Panel' 

 

Then, under 'Language and Region' click 'Change keyboard and other input methods' 

 

Now click 'Change Keyboards'

 

In the 'Text services and input languages' dialog box, click the language that you want to use as the default language, and then go to Set the default editing language in Office.
