WordInterface on automation server failed

Hello,

I just tried to use Felix but got the following weird error message which is unable to understand for me. I found some results to solve it as one of the effects of this protection is that it disables all macros and add-ins, including Felix. Do you have any idea how to fix this problem? Please help me. Thanks.

COM Error code: 0x80004003

Error:Invalid pointer.

WordInterface on automation server failed

It is possible that in the background you are running another instance of Felix which can create this problem. You can check the Task Manager to Make sure that there’s only one instance of Felix is running.

If you see that there’s only one instance of Felix is running then quit and restart Word. This might fix it.
