World flag theme for Google chrome

I am using  25.0.1364.36 beta version of google chrome as my web browser. I am pretty fond of customizing the themes of my chrome. Then I decided to add chrome world flag themes to my surprise that there was an error. It says "an error has occurred: download is not a crx". What could be the reason for this? Please help.

World flag theme for Google chrome

Hello there Freeman, 

Why are you using a beta version of chrome when you can use the latest version. To download the latest version of chrome please visit google's website. Once you have the latest version you can now choose from the wide range of themes they have. You can see this list from here. If you still want to keep your beta version I think the theme that you are downloading is not compatible so you need to choose for a different one. Hope this helps.
