Hello! I have Xbox 360 and I have this question that if I am playing black ops 2 on Xbox live, can I play with a friend who is playing black ops 2 on Xbox one? Is this possible between two different Xbox versions or are there different live systems between the two?

Yes, this is possible. You can play the game black ops 2 in multi player mode with two different Xbox versions.

As soon as the both the devices support the same game and game has multiplayer mode you can play it live system. Games are version independent. Each game has a minimum requirement of resources. As soon a device fulfills this minimum requirement you can play the game on that device.
