I tried to login and get the error while Sign in

Can i get some detailed help to solve this

Xbox error code 80072ef3 when you signin

Hi Shabab91,
The error is due to incorrect settings in the Xbox.
To resolve this error follow the steps mentioned below:
1) Go to the 'Profiles' section in the storage device
2) Delete the profile you see there
3) Go to the list of storage devices and select the hard drive
4) Select 'Clear Cache', clean the cache
5) Select 'Download Profile' option, insert your login credentials
6) Restart the application
