XBOX Error Code 999 On My Device.

I have an XBOX 360. I am trying to play a video game on it. But whenever I launch a video game on it, I get an error code 999 on the XBOX device. I can’t play any games. Please help.

Try any one of the solutions below to solve your problems.

1. Make sure that your XBOX is properly connected to the TV
2. Make sure the video game’s CD is not pirated.
3. Install the XBOX firmware once again.
4. Make sure there is a valid internet connection available
5. Make sure the game’s CD is not corrupted.
6. Make sure the saved games folder has not crashed.
7. Clear the saved games memory and launch the game once again.
