The 8015d002 error code is encountered by Xbox 360 users when they try to sign in with their account. This error also occurs with the user who has Xbox Live Membership. Password is incorrect, Xbox Profile is partially glitched, corrupted system’s cache and Two-step verification are enabled is the reason behind the error.

The method to fix the error is as follows:

Method 1:

Reset the Password.

Step 1: Go to the Microsoft recovery site and enter your phone number or email address, then click on Next.
Step 2: Microsoft server will give you a code to your phone or email address; enter the code, and click on Next.
Step 3: Now, the pop-up window will appear to reset the password.
Step 4: After returning to your Xbox console and try to sign in with the new password.

Method 2:

Disable 2-step verification.

Step 1: Sign-in to the Microsoft account.
Step 2: Go to Settings and access the Security and Privacy tab, then click on Manage advanced security.
Step 3: Now, look for the Two-step verification and click on Turn off two-step verification.
Step 4: Click on Yes to confirm the process.
Step 5: Restart the Xbox console, and the error will be resolved.
