Xda zinc Bluetooth radio fails to turn on

Hi guys,

I have a XDA Zinc Windows Mobile smartphone. It got stuck yesterday so I had to hard reset it. After the reset, everything was working perfectly but Bluetooth stopped working after sometime and gave an error on the screen.

The screenshot of the error is attached below:

The error states:

The Bluetooth radio failed to turn ON due to insufficient driver memory available. You must perform a normal reset before you can turn ON the Bluetooth radio.

I reset the phone normally as well but still it is not working. Can anyone please tell me what should I do to make it work again. please help me.

Xda zinc Bluetooth radio fails to turn on

Hello Jane,

The bluetooth could fail to turn on due to hardware or software problems. Let's assume it's a software problem, try the following:

1. Upgrade the operating system to the latest version.

2. If this doesn't work, load a new operating system.

On the other hand, if the problem is a hardware one (the button to turn bluetooth on might be stuck on the inside), all you have to do is to visit a hardware engineer. He'll know what to do with it.
