Your credit card number cannot contain dashes or spaces

Greeting to all experts,

I am having a problem using LogMein application, when I am about to enter my credit card information I was slap by an error message. Please see below the pasted error message.

Your credit card number cannot contain dashes or spaces and have been automatically removed.

To continue, please click the “Click to process your order>>” button again.

When I analyze the error above, its quite to easy to understand, it was just a matter of entering numbers, when I try to change the manner of entering the information and check if my entries is correct, I still get the same error message, this is my first time to use LogMein,

I hope to get some advice in solving this issue,

Your credit card number cannot contain dashes or spaces

Your right that is an easy problem you see the above problem message it say's your credit card number cannot contain dashes and spaces I think all credit card number have 4 spaces un like the ATM Account number have no spaces. I think you must missing some spaces in your log in. Just try it again with spaces.

Your credit card number cannot contain dashes or spaces

Hi,

• In entering your credit card number, eliminate the dashes and spaces. Straightfowardly right all the numbers.
• Let's say your credit card number (as seen on the card) is: 5546 6556 7887 9876 or it may be 5546-6556-7887-9876.
• Then when you enter it on logmein, enter only the numbers, like this: 5546655678879876. No spaces and no dashes in between the numbers.
• Try to login again.
