Zimbra Administration – Server Error Occurred

Hello

I got the section you had mentioned however when I tried to click on certificate, I find an error message:

Zimbra administration

Server error encountered

 

Message : system failure: server

zimbraRemoteManagementPrivateKeyPath

(/opt/zimbra/.ssh/zimbra_identity) does not exist Error code:

service.FAILURE Method: GetCerRequest Details:soap:Receiver

 

Detail                                                                     OK

I need a solution of this error. Please help me.

Zimbra Administration – Server Error Occurred

Hello Chloe,

You will need to try running Zimbra Desktop in a separate web browser and after that try enabling the Zimbra Desktop debugging interface as follows and see if that will help:

• You will need to go to set up page and then click on set-up link on top right corner.
• After that you will click on Open in web browser link which is usually at the bottom of set-up page.
• And then add &dev=1&scripterrors=1 to the URL.
• Reproduce the issue.
• You may see a popup that has got a JavaScript stack trace. That will help you find the cause of the issue.
• In case there is no JavaScript error popup, you will need to check the browser error console.
