ZipGenius to open the Thunderbird omni.ja file getting error message after expanding

Hello,

I have just used ZipGenius to open the Thunderbird omni.ja file (after renaming it to omni.zip) and I think that there is a bug. When I try to expand the folders in the Folder View I get the following error message after expanding:

– Chrome
— Chat
— Content
— Skin
— Classic
—- Chat

Any idea would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

ZipGenius to open the Thunderbird omni.ja file getting error message after expanding

Hi there AlisonPFleckenstein,

ZipGenius is a nice Zip alternative, but unfortunately, very buggy. What you are facing is just one of the bugs to be solved. The only thing you can do is to try to find an older or newer version of ZipGenius and try to do a reinstall using it. 

You could also try some alternatives such as 7 Zip or Peazip.
