1. I am running Windows Vista and Office 2010. I installed Zoho Plugin for Office but I got the below error message when I tried logging in

 

2.Then when I try to open a document is Word or add a document I encountered this error message. How can I fix this?

An Error occurred while retrieving documents list

An Error occurred whiIe Connecting Zoho Writer. Please by again in few minutes

Zoho plug in error for office 201o for Windows vista

 

Hi there,

 

The first thing you should try to do when you get the error is to restart your computer and try again. If it still doesn't work, there are a few possible problems.

 

Zoho sometimes generates this message if you were merging the records before closing a template. Closing the main merge template will fix the problem.

 

Also, if you are using the Zoho CMR in your web browser, maybe your browser is not compatible with the software so you should try using the different browser.
