Zoom player cannot play .avi format file

Howdy,

Got an error message in zoom player while I am trying to play a song. The error message states me that audio format is not supported. I played the .avi format in windows player it is playing there. Sometimes I am getting error when I try to close the player. Is anyone have experienced this problem, please share your ideas. Thanks for your help.

Zoom player cannot play .avi format file

Well, this seems to be either a corrupted file that is , it may have been rendered into .avi format incorrectly or the proper codec is missing. Try to download a program called DivX which will help you to play . avi files. Or, open zoom player’s options, go to ‘Switch to Advanced Mode’ and disable either of these settings. Disable the first one if zoom player is in media mode or disable the second one if your zoom player is in DVD mode. Then uncheck the tick from the relevant option, click ok and then return to zoom player. Next, close and reopen the zoom player and try to play your audio file.
