I cannot browse the internet.  I use Internet Explorer as my browser. I have Windows XP.  I get the error, "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" every time I open my browser, even if I go to a website such as Google.com.

I know I am connected because the computer icon at the lower left corner of my screen says I'm connected. What am I missing?
