NET Framework 4. I don’t know why my .NET Framework suddenly stopped working.  I tried updating, cleaning up and reinstalling, but it won’t work.  I am running on Windows 7 x64 Home Premium SP1.  I keep getting the error (code 0x80070643) during installation.  What’s going on?
