Mobile Software error in HTC Touch Pro – 2

I am using HTC Touch Pro – 2. On the basis of successful running of RTM, I have upgraded this mobile to Office 2010. 

I have been syncing my mobile via Bluetooth and then the code in WMDC encountered an error, “ 0x85010014”.

IIS installation Problem in XP…Setup cannot copy the file staxmem.dll

I am having problem in installation of IIS 7. I have WinXp with service pack 2 installed. But every time when I try to install the IIS from the CD. Following error appears:

"Setup cannot copy the file staxmem.dll".
